This Privacy Policy describes how BERKAY AYDIN - HOSTRENDER YAZILIM ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the GyroTouch mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Device Information (for Advertising)

When ads are displayed, our advertising partner may collect:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID) for ad personalization
• Device model, operating system version, and screen dimensions
• General location data (country/region level, derived from IP address)
• App usage data related to ad interactions (impressions, clicks)

2.2 Gyroscope Sensor Data

The App reads your device's gyroscope sensor to translate physical rotation into touch input. This data is processed entirely on your device in real time and is never transmitted, stored, or shared with any server or third party.

2.3 ADB Pairing Keys

During initial setup, the App generates RSA cryptographic keys for ADB (Android Debug Bridge) wireless pairing. These keys are stored locally on your device in the app's private storage (SharedPreferences) and are never transmitted off your device.

2.4 User Preferences

Settings such as sensitivity, dead zone, language preference, and overlay configuration are stored locally on your device. This data is not collected or transmitted.

3. Advertising

The App uses Appodeal as its advertising mediation platform to display interstitial ads. Appodeal may collect device information and advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Going to your Android device Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• Resetting your Google Advertising ID in the same settings menu

4. Data Storage & Security

All app data (settings, ADB keys, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences mechanism within the app's private sandboxed storage. We do not operate any cloud servers or databases for user data.

We implement reasonable security measures:

• ADB pairing keys are stored in the app's private directory, inaccessible to other apps
• android:allowBackup="false" prevents ADB backup extraction of sensitive data
• All ADB communication uses TLS encryption with SPAKE2 key exchange

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take steps to delete such information.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) of the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions.

6. International Users & Legal Compliance

6.1 European Union (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your data. Our legal basis for processing advertising data is legitimate interest (serving ads to support a free app). You may withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time via your device settings.

6.2 Turkey (KVKK)

If you are located in Turkey, your data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about processing, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction or deletion, and object to automated decisions.

6.3 California, USA (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information.

6.4 China (PIPL)

If you are located in China, we process your information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL). You have rights to access, copy, correct, and delete your personal information.

6.5 Japan (APPI)

If you are located in Japan, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI). You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information.

6.6 South Korea (PIPA)

If you are located in South Korea, we process your data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and suspend processing of your personal information.

6.7 Russia (Federal Law No. 152-FZ)

If you are located in Russia, we process your personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". You have the right to access, correct, block, and destroy your personal data.

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request information about what data is associated with your use of the App
• Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data (preferences, keys, settings). For ad-related data, contact Appodeal directly
• Opt-out: Disable personalized advertising through your device settings
• Correction: All settings can be modified directly within the App

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates the following third-party service:

9. Data Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device and is retained only as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data. Ad-related data collected by Appodeal is subject to Appodeal's own data retention policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
